Shipment
Standard time frame for
shipments are 48 hours or less from the time we process payment. If
an item is not in stock, we will send out notification, and will not
process your payment, until the same 48 hour time period prior to the
expected ship date, unless we receive express written consent to do so at
an earlier time.
Free Shipping
Free shipping
offer applies to all orders totaling $250.00 or more before
shipping and tax, (if applicable). Eligible orders will then be
invoiced with a coupon for free shipping, regardless of the total,
for the next order placed at the Krooked Stix Direct Golf Shop, with no
expiry date. Free Shipping offer applies to UPS ground, and in
the continental U.S. (only). Items
excluded from this offer include (all) of our golf mats, and (all)
individual golf components, ordered without assembly.
Qualifying purchases placed with an upgrade in shipping, will be charged
for the upgrade (only).
Refund Policy
Refunds on all equipment
purchased from the Krooked Stix Direct Golf Shop will be accepted if we
receive notification of the intent to return items, within 30 business
days from the time you have received shipment. All refunds carry a
restock fee of 20%.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made 48
hours or less, after the order is processed, we will honor a full refund.
Pricing
We do our best at Krooked Stix
Direct to make sure that the prices we display are accurate to the best of
our ability. We cannot however, be held responsible, and honor price
mistakes due to human error when uploading products into our store.
If a product is ordered, at an incorrect price, you will be notified of
that mistake as quickly as possible. Should this happen, we regret
any inconvenience this may cause, however we will cancel any orders of
this nature as soon as the error is discovered.

International Orders
We will ship overseas
via UPS World Wide Expedite, (and insured), however Krooked Stix, Inc. requires all payments to be in the
form of a wire transfer, or...
We will accept credit cards
for international orders under the following conditions. The credit
card holder must either email, as attachment, or fax a recent copy of
their credit card statement with the billing address displayed, and
readable. We will then ship upon approval, to the billing address (only). |
